Anton Eberl (13 June 1765 – 11 March 1807) was an Austrian composer, pianist, and teacher. He was a prolific composer, having written over two hundred works. Many of Eberl's works were incorrectly attributed to Mozart, who was Eberl's friend and teacher, until Eberl wrote a statement in a German newspaper clarifying that the misattributed works were his.
